FKI Internal Appointments

FKI Security Group, formerly FKI Security Products, has announced several key appointments to
support NKL Cash Handling.

Lloyd Jones has been named Vice President of Sales for FKI Security Group. He has been with the
company for 19 years. His new responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing all sales
team activities for all brands, including NKL Cash Handling. Other brands include: Image Vault
digital surveillance, Meilink safes, FireKing cabinets, and Gary safes.

Garry Ash has been named Director of Sales for NKL Cash Handling based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
He will oversee sales growth plans for NKL Cash Handling for new business and key accounts such as
BP, Sodexho, and Kaiser-Permanente. He has been with the company for 4 years.

Scott H. Meeker has recently joined NKL Cash Handling as the new Director of Business Development
based in California. He will develop new international and national accounts. He was formerly a
principal in Security Design Service based in Temecula, Ca. He has also served as president of EXL
Safe Corporation in Mira Loma, Ca., a privately-held custom safe manufacturing company where he
had responsibility for national retail accounts such as The Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Best Buy and
Sears.

Robert Morrison now has responsibilities as a national account manager for the Southeast region.
He has been with FKI Security Group for one year and will report to Jones for brands, Image Vault
and NKL Cash Handling. He was formerly with Ademco as a sales manager.

Pete Marshall now has responsibilities as a national account manager for the South and
Southwestern region for Image Vault and NKL Cash Handling brands. He spent 15 years with NKL
Industries before the company was acquired. NKL Cash Handling products are now marketed under FKI
Security Group.

Tim Petersen now has responsibilities as a national account manager for the West Coast region. He
is a recent addition to the team and was formerly with Rainbow CCTV in Los Angeles for 10 years as
a sales manager.

Matthew Thistleton now has responsibilities as a national account manager for the Northwest
region. He has been with the company 2 years. He formerly served in international sales for Papa
Johns.
Bill Whitehead now has responsibilities as a national account manager for the Northeast region. He
was formerly sales manager for Seargent and Greenleaf, a lock company.

Robert J. Roggenkamp, Jr. has been hired as a national account manager for the Midwest region. He
was formerly with Ingersoll Rand of Louisville, Ky., where he served as district sales manager for
the security and safety division, achieving 107% of his assigned goal in fiscal 2002.
