TransDigital Tax Record Management

(July 18, 2001)–Lexington, Ky.?TransDigital Solutions developed tax record management software
called TransDigital Tax Record Management in use within Kentucky and being offered to county
property valuation administrators, real estate companies, and other agencies. TransDigital Tax
Record Management has been used by the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (www.lbar.com)
via its website since December 2000 to improve search for realtors, and others interested in
updated property tax records. With the TransDigital Tax Record Management system, tax records are
currently updated in the system every hour, however real-time updates will soon be implemented
with access to the necessary databases from county offices. LBAR members have access to produce
print-out labels, in addition to downloading records of interest. The system goes beyond other
similar products on the market and offers a full public record, including flood plain information.

TransDigital Tax Record Management features:

(1) Flexible search criteria
–A search can use one or many criteria, including name, address, address range, subdivision,
city, sale date, sale price, or year built.

(2) Flexible sorting of records
–search results can be sorted in a variety of ways, based on user preferences.

(3) Manual reduction of sorted records
–The search is narrowed down based on input criteria, avoiding multiple searches.

(4) Reports for selected records
–Full-page or short one-sentence summaries can be generated based on parameters requested.

(5) Property Photographs
–The TransDigital system supports photographs in reports and online.

(6) Authorized Administrative Control
–Administrative features are available to allow personnel to correct records data as necessary.

The Louisville Board of Realtors will have TransDigital Tax Record Management implemented by the
fourth quarter of 2001, according to TransDigital President Bill Dotson. ?Our success with the
Lexington implementation has spread throughout the state and we have interest from the Kentucky
counties of Jefferson, Scott, Jessamine, Bourbon, Woodford thus far.?
